BANDS THAT MAKE HER DANCE

Most girls live for that moment when he ‘pops’ those four words….”Will You Marry Me?” And then all eyes move on to the jewelry box. But whatever style of band it is, it’s definitely a band that would make her dance, jump, skip and probably do the split…(ok, I'm exaggerating).

Engagement and wedding bands are bands that are bound to make her dance. Sorry Juicy J!!!

All Things Bright and Beautiful

No! Not the hymn, Diamonds or "Blings" as some like to call them.

The month of April is well known for 2 things; the birth of a special person, myself *winks* and Diamonds! Diamond is the birthstone of the month of April.

Diamonds aka unbreakable in Greek, is one of the most familiar gemstone appreciated by people all over the globe today. Aside from its “fire”, “brilliance” and “scintillation” (sparkle), diamonds are one of the hardest gemstones known to man yet.

Unknown to a lot of people, diamonds come in different variations, basically the 4C’s – Color (clear, yellow, pink, blue, etc), Cut (round, princess, pear, etc), Clarity (SI, VS, VVS etc) and Carat (in terms of weight), and different variations means different prices ranging from as low as $200 and as high as “priceless”.

At Zoya's Jewels, part of what we do is find you that unique piece of jewelry that currently suits your needs, and yes, that jewelry can include diamonds and any other jewelry you desire.

Father - Daughter Relationship (Part 2)

If you didn't get to read the first part, see it HERE

I am ever thankful for the kind of Father I have. He always leaves me with clues on how to get back to Him. I found a trail mark in my path, a folded piece of paper. I picked it up, unfolded it and read it. The words in it brought tears to my eyes. It read: “If I confess my sins, He is faithful and just to forgive my sins and to cleanse me from all unrighteousness.” I jumped with joy after reading it, because those were no doubt my Fathers words. I have heard Him say them time and time again. At this point, I knew I was definitely on the right path back to His arms, so I began to walk as fast as my legs would carry me. On my way I saw so many things, this time my eyes were really open and able to discern what was right and what was purely evil. I began to sing songs to my Father, songs that praise His name. I even made up new songs, LOL. It got to a point where I was singing, but couldn't understand the words I was saying. Strange, almost like speaking in tongues but with rhythm. The songs made me feel at peace, it made my spirit soar, so I kept singing. After walking a while, I saw another folded piece of paper. I picked it up and read it: “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving for the Lord is good.” I picked up my pace. I knew He was waiting for me. I was so excited I couldn't wait to get back into His embrace.

I then came across a group of ladies seated in a circle, like in some kind of meeting. I passed them by, not wanting to be distracted anymore, but I heard them talking about my Father. I quickly turned around and went over to them. They welcomed me into their circle with loving embrace. We sat together and we discussed my Father’s words, our Father’s words. They knew Him well. It made my spirit joyful. I told them my story and they encouraged me to continue on my journey. I bade them farewell, to return again after I have met with my Father. I saw another folded piece of paper: “Who shall separate me from the love of Christ? NOTHING!! I gave my only Son just for you.” After a few distances, I got to the end of the road, and found a scroll that read: “My rod and staff comfort you. I anoint your head with oil, your cup runs over. Come boldly unto the throne of grace, and obtain mercy. My goodness and mercy follows you. Call on me and I will answer you. I will rescue you and throw you a party.” I was so overwhelmed by all the LOVE He still had for me even after I had let go of His hands. I began to prepare for the party that awaited me. I look up and I couldn't believe what my eyes met……… (To be continued).

INSPIRATIONAL - Father Daughter Relationship

I know I’m not perfect. In fact, I am very far from perfect, but I always find my way back to the one who loves me. I can’t begin to explain the LOVE that He has for me. My mind hasn’t been able to comprehend such an overwhelming and unconditional LOVE. Even when I am least deserving, with outstretched arms He welcomes me into His bosom. So many times have I tried to do life on my own terms, leaning unto my understanding, forgetting that there is a greater power who knows the beginning and the end. I am glad I always find my way back. All because of what His Son did for me and also thanks to the numerous bodyguards my Father assigns to me. They help me stay on track when I go astray.

When I met my Father, He gave me a tight, warm embrace. The joy and warmth was so overwhelming. With eyes wide shut I succumbed to it. We remained in that embrace for what seemed like hours, after which He took me by the hand and walked with me. But for some reason, I got distracted. I don’t really recall what the distraction was. It might have been a very attractive guy that passed by -- tall dark handsome and what not, *wink* or maybe the pair of designer shoes that just went on SALE. My recollection fails me, but whatever it was, it really got my attention. It made me let go of my Fathers hand. I had no idea of when I let go of His hands to follow the distraction. After a few hours, it hit me -- frightened, scared and very confused, I was ALONE………… (To be continued)
